What is the temperature of your fitness center or gym? Is it cool?

Mine is at 75 to 76 but low low humidity.

Probably around 75. I like to sweat during a workout, so I don’t mind. It makes me feel good when I’m dripping sweat as I walk out of there.

Mine is always comfortable (and I really beat myself up in there), so I’ll guess that it’s around 72 F

If they would just weed-out some of the generic girly-girl and boy-band songs which constantly play on their sound system…..NOW, we’d be gettin’ somewhere…

I used to go to the nearby YMCA – they kept it good and cool – maybe 68 or so, because they figured people would sweat.

I was wrong. They keep it at 72.
