How do I repair a crack in cement?

I have a pretty stone birdbath and left it out one winter. Water in basin froze and cracked it.. Now it is leaking. Can I find a filler?

@extolsmith; do you mean caulking :-) And do you need a caulking gun? My hands aren't strong enough. I need something that I can squeeze from a tube or trowel on w. a butter knife.
