How can I get the H and the C in the topic/tag box to be capitalized?

I flagged the OP I meant to put it in Meta

The topics are capitalized (or not) based on however the tag was first written—the subsequent tags of the category match the case of the first instance.

But I wish it weren’t though.

@flo If a topic is capitalized incorrectly, you can always let a moderator know. We can fix them.

@SavoirFaire I thought there was a way I can fix it myself like use a combo of keys or something.

Sorry to be off topic, but I can’t post a question so I have to put it here. Is “Ask a Question” not working?

@Call_Me_Jay There is a question for bugs already. But to give you an answer, a number of people are experiencing problems when trying to ask a question. It seems to be intermittent, however, lasting from a few hours to a few days. We haven’t been able to track down what’s causing it yet, but we’re working on it.

What do you call the space at the top right of the screen when asking questions, and below the answer box here where what you’re typing shows up?
