How do you stop this ( details inside)?

There’s social media evil game called Blue Whale which has caused many suicidal deaths in Russia and has feared to be spreading in UK as well. In this game teens are given self harming tasks for 50 days with final task being committing suicide. How can Government / anyone else take steps to stop this shit?
