Where can I safely and cheaply look for a new lover?

I can’t go back to Craigslist Personals. Heh. And I am grossed out by those “dating” sites where everyone snubs you anyway and you have to pay 40 a month and might not ever get out of your “recurring payment” contract. And part 2 of this question is: Who out there would like to create a brand new HUMANE dating site with me?
