Staying home, eating Chinese takeout, watching Dave Chappelle on Netflix and playing board games with our son.

I think I’ll go over to the Legion with a swim pal. No cover, live band, cheap drinks, bring your own snacks, it’ll be pretty casual and relaxing.

I enjoy getting together with friends over the holidays. Nothing big and fancy, no dressing up.

Probably Netflix and chill, only not in the biblical sense ~

Enjoy not caring that it’s new years, as usual.

I will be seeing fireworks over Lake Tahoe like I do almost every year (last year I went to Vegas and it was a bit insane; this should be more low-key). This time hopefully my friend will be able to fly in from L.A. and stay for the party.

Babysitting for a friend. He and his wife work for the same company that does a stupid New Years Eve party and you are pretty much forced to go. So the kiddos will be chilling with me while they plan their exit.

The kids are 13 and 15. So not a huge deal. I will get some pizza and fire up Plex for them while get drunk in my room.

Just me, a television set and a bottle of Laphroaig.

Possibly see a movie. No partying. And I won’t be out after midnight when all the drunks are on the road.

I’ll still be recovering from surgery. I’ll watch some tv, and open up some of that juice in a champagne style bottle.
