Freezer has water droplets on its ceiling. What's up and how to fix?

This particular freezer does not have a "coldness" knob.

is it a frost free freezer b/c it may be going through defrost cycle

well if anyone does have an answer it would be cool. Mine is raining inside and my ice cream won’t get hard. I guess I shouldn’t have bought a used one. It’s a whirlpool side by side. and now I’m sad.

Your door seal is probably bad, allowing external air (with moisture) into the freezer space.
