Anyone have a receipe for home made baileys?

Asked by imhellokitty (353points) February 6th, 2009

I lost my receipe. The one I’m looking for has coconut extract, (not almond) and Nestles choclate milk powder.

Blender mix:

1 pt. whipping cream
3 eggs

Add:

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
3/4–1 c. good scotch or whiskey

Makes 6 1/2 cup servings over ice.

OR

4 oz. Scotch
4 oz. Whiskey
1 can Eagle’s sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. coconut flavor extract
3 tbsp. chocolate syrup

Blend and refrigerate.

OR try this: my fave – caramel instead of coconut

3 eggs
2 tbsp. Nestles Quik
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 c. vodka or whiskey or scotch
1 tsp. caramel flavoring

Whip all ingredients in a blender. Refrigerate 1 hour to cool or serve immediately over ice.

not sure what a “Bailys” is, but if it involves
Irish Whiskey, Fresh Cream, Well, what the hell else do you need?
Hey!! I’m a Hylander, Scottsman, and if you want a “pick-me-up”
I’m seated here in Fridley, Minnesota. Us Hylanders take a fondness to “wanna-bes”. Get a Bottle of Irish Cream, drink it down, THEN, ask for a recipee. Until then, whipper snapper, Your just a low lander, looking for a beer. +)*(+ [my sig]
