Best books/material for learning how to Network and Market?

I am starting a business with some friends, and I need to improve my networking skills and learn how to market. So, what are the best books you would recommend on these subjects?

I don’t know any books, but a great website to find business like minded people online is LinkedIn. Its like a “facebook” for business people, Millions of people use it.

For anything marketing related check out Philip Kotler’s many works. They will give you a run down on basic marketing strategies and theories. What sort of business are you starting?

Its an IT tech business, basically maintaining servers and what not.

You might want to check out the Small Business Administration in your area. Ours has all sorts of courses/events for small business owners, on a wide range of topics.

I hear the book ‘Never Eat Alone” by Keith Ferrazzi is pretty good
