I need to start a screensaver with voice commands?

I wan’t to start a matrix screensaver by saying “The Matrix”. The screensaver is TheMatrix by kellysoftware. I have tried using batch and exe files but they don’t seem to work with windows 7. I can use command line arguments if you can do it like that. I placed the screensaver into system 32, and if you can make something that I can run please email. Thanks.

Isn’t voice control soooooo much fun? Using it a lot now, and changed a lot of commands to voice control lol tommorow at school people will be surprised!
