Does anyone know if legalbuds.com is legitimate and is it secure to buy from?

Asked by polycinco (187points) March 21st, 2010

I would like to buy some things from legalbuds.com but I want to know if it is secure, I don’t see any privacy policy so I am concerned about the level of security.

Check the FAQ on the upper left hand corner.

Down at the bottom left of the page it says “100% Secure SSL tested daily”, and then if you click the “shopping cart” button in the upper left corner, it changes to a “https” URL, rather than just “http”, which generally means something is secure. However, it’s still not a 100% guarantee.

In this day and age, there is absolutely no excuse for not checking up on a company online. I’m sure there are hundreds of customer comments about this place.

ok so whats the best place to buy legal weed from? does anyone know? online

RealEyesRealizeRealLies's avatar

Legabuds isn’t selling legal weed. I don’t think there is such a thing available in the States.

I’m not sure if the issue is whether it is legal or not. Link You’re not buying pot, you’re buying crap, herbal concoctions of some sort, that could have just about anything in it. Don’t do it.

lol there is no such thing. Its all a rip off. Its always just a blend of common herbs that you can find elsewhere for like a dollar an ounce. Do some research.

Go smoke some parsley. Same thing, if you squeeze a lemon on it.

@polycinco There is no place to legally buy marijuana online within the USA. All marijuana is illegal federally. If you have medical marijuana privileges in your state you have to buy it from the state sanctioned sources in your state, or grow your own within the statutory limits of your state.

@thriftymaid

Which is a total shame because no one should have the right to tell me what kind of seed that I can or cannot plant into my own land. It is absolutely ridiculous.

@RealEyesRealizeRealLies Write your congressman. I gave you the facts.

RealEyesRealizeRealLies's avatar

Oh I’m well aware of the fact. Thanks though. Not arguing with you at all. What you say is true. The story behind it all is one of the biggest shams in history.

So the bud I get isn’t legal. Really?!!? Dang.

I’ve seen their ads and a friend of mine checked it out. He thought it would be really cool to resell their stuff. (He was wrong.) It’s basically selling you, well, weeds. It’s not marijuana.

Also, a good rule, no security, no purchase.

Legalbuds is a scam.

You’d have better luck ordering this:

http://www.k2herbal.com/k2summit-3.htm

http://www.k2-incense.com/

Most herbs sold on the net do nothing except cause coughing.
But if you order what is known as “K2” or “Spice”, then at least you are getting the weedy weeds sold on the net sprayed with a new concoction [JWH-018 / 1-pentyl-3—(1-naphthoyl)indole] that mimics a cannabinoid. The concoction is new, works very well, is not yet illegal, but has not stood the test of time safety-wise, yet either.

And yes, the religious parental groups are going nuts over this.

It reminds me of a product I used to see in headshops in the seventies. It is a concoction of legal herbs, tree barks, roots, and other plant products whose purpose is to mimic that of a cannabis high. It’s not pot!
