Only when they define their wants by the women they get. oh, and occasionally in their dreams.

I have met several guys who come close, a new attractive girl every few days – a bit like Charlie Sheen in “Two and a Half Men”. In each case they were misogynists to the core. They made an art-form out of pickups but did not like or respect women at all. Mocked them all the time (behind their backs.)

I don’t think so. These players are probably talking about “any girl they want” in the scene where they usually hang. If a “player” in the main-stream pop culture world tried to get a girl at an anime convention, for example, he probably wouldn’t succeed.

I think it’s incredibly telling if someone claims they can have any girl they want. Obviously they feel they need to overcompensate for something by making such claims.

Some guys are really good at manipulating women and pretending to be something they’re not. Some women fall for that.
That doesn’t mean they can get any woman they want. These are usually guys who get rejected pretty often, then cover it with some bullshit like “I didn’t want that uppity bitch anyway”...

Collecting people to prop up ones own sagging ego is the most pathetic of human traits. Ugh!

It’s possible for a man to attract a very large number of women and there are plenty of women out there who think getting a man is a competition so they will line up and compete for the same man, each certain they have the “magic triangle”. But, there are many women who are a little deeper than that and those women are very tough for any man to “get”.

There is no way this is true.
Every girl has her own taste in men, different qualities they like.
Sure, a man may be able to attract a good amount of lovely ladies, but there are still going to be some he won’t get.

I could always tell when I was being played. That made those guys instantly unattractive.

Players are good at identifying partners they can manipulate.
It’s not as though they can pick out anyone anywhere and get them to put out.

Anyone claiming to have this ‘ability’ (and that goes for women who claim they can ‘get any man they want’) is at best reasonably good at briefly seducing someone they find mildly attractive…..at worst they’re stalker material….in any case, we’re not talking healthy, genuine desire for a particular individual….

I believe if a woman tries hard enough she can get any man she wants. To me men are easier to get than women.

@cornbird I disagree, at least with the first past of your answer. I have full faith that a woman who wants my guy (or several other upstanding men I know) would fail miserably.

At the right place and at the right time a man could get really weak especially if the girl is hot and throws herself at him. I dont want to bring doubts into your head but this occurs to almost every male.
