Can anyone recommend a great wwoof farm in France or Spain (or anywhere in Europe?)

I am looking for advice on where to wwoof in Europe (specifically France and Spain) and want to see if anyone out there can recommend an outstanding farm in Europe to work on for a few weeks.

i wwoofed in spain years ago, and really your best bet is to be in touch with the farmers, and then go with your gut. their needs change so frequently that unless someone was there very recently, it’s hard to get this kind of recommendation.
