Does Mac OS X have a printers PLIST file?

And if so, where is it?

I have a HP all in one printer/scanner, when I right click on the icon of the printer & choose, ‘show package contents’, there is a folder called contents & within that, is a, info.plist file. Hope that helps, good luck.
