http://smittenkitchen.com/2010/02/thick-chewy-granola-bars/ I’ve been making these granola bars the past three weeks for work, and they’re awesome! Last week I used cocoa powder instead of the ground oatmeal, along with coconut and almonds. They tasted like cookies, not granola bars, and my mom ate half of them in two days.

Also, popcorn with fresh garlic, olive oil/ butter, and sea salt. Popcorn with Junior Mints melted in.

In the event you are lucky enough to have a food dehydrator:
Take pieces of fresh coconut and stick them in the dehydrator for a few days.

If no dehydrator: chocolate covered bacon.

Bake cherry tomatoes in a 300 degree for 2 hours, seasoned with olive oil, mint, salt, pepper. Mash them slightly when you take them out of the oven. Eat warm on goat cheese on french bread.
