Help me find a shirt?

I want to find just a purple and black striped t-shirt, like Schroeder from the Peanuts. I know, I have an interesting idea of style ;)
I’m probably not looking in the right stores, but I can’t find anything like that, which is odd because it’s a pretty simple shirt design.

I’m a girl, but women’s shirt sizes are usually kind of big for me and I don’t like the fitted kind. A boys’ size would be great. However, I’d consider whatever you can find.

Did you search Amazon? I’m betting the purple and black striped might be in sweater form, not tee shirt.

Another option if you are really determined, is to find someone who can make this for you. A friend with a sewing machine who has decent sewing skills.

Have you looked in a large GoodWill store? One of the store in my area sorts T-shirts by color and size. You can check very quickly. And you’ll love the price!

Another option is to take a purple tee shirt and put black striping on it, either with fabric, rick rack or with fabric paint, using a stencil.
