I feel like I’m tired of hearing about it.

He should have retired. I’m tired of hearing about it too.
On their scores and news ticker, ESPN has added an entire category labeled “FAVRE,” right along side MLB and OLYMPICS. I’m sick of it.

i can and I’m glad he has been moved. he told them he was retired. twice. now he wants his job back? why is this fair to the rest of the organization that is ready to move on? people need to say what they mean and mean what they say. sure, the packers will probably suck this year..but to me, it’s more of an ethical issue

Why not? The 49ers did that with Joe Montana (who ended up playing two season with the Chiefs), and they had Steve Young in the wings. Maybe the Packers feel they have another great QB in Aaron Rogers? Anyway, Favre retired, then unretired. He has no one but himself to blame.

Favre should quit on a good note. I think he has hit that note and needs to sit down now.
He reminds me of Michael Jordan. I quit i retire I quit. Hang it up already Brett, damn.

I agree with the majority, he really shouldve quit on a good note and I thought he was… But apparently not. Also Aaron Rodgers deserves this, he’s been waiting for like five years, right? Favre truely loves football…I do respect him for that.

Instead of just being remembered as a great football player, part of his legacy is now going to be this whole fiasco. I have to agree that I’m pretty tired of the whole thing and hope it dies down now that he’s been traded.

Brett should just fade away….
