[NSFW] What are the chances of getting pregnant without penetration?

Hello,
I have a question. I am not a virgin and the last month I did foreplay with a guy like grinding, dry humping, oral sex and once he ejaculated on my arm and he also fingered me (as far as i remember there was never sperms on his hands) . There were no genital contact directly , but only once where he was wearing boxers and I was naked, other than that there was no “nude” genital contact or whatsoever. So my question is what is the possibility of getting pregnant in this case? I should have gotten my periods this week and i have abdominal pain and lower back pain since 2 days but I didn’t get my periods yet.

The chances are small, but very real. Go to a pharmacy and get a pregnancy test this morning.

I’d say pretty high. My co-worker had an abortion 3 months ago due to this exact situation. It was awful.
