Will Bidens federal vaccine mandate be upheld in SCOTUS?

Probably not because there’s more republicans on the SC. Mind you they have upheld local and state mandates so who knows.

In a sane world, it would be upheld.

In our current world, facts don’t matter – only partisanship.

It may make it and people will have to decide if they are going to get vaccinated or quit work.

It is in a gray area but not Unconstitutional. (That is the reason is going to SCOTUS.)

You must be a US citizen to work for or on Federal government projects.

You must be a board certified lawyer to practice law and receive payment.

You must have a masters or higher to teach in most colleges and universities.

It will depend on what the actual arguments are, and what the case is actually all about.
