@cprevite: You seem like a sugared almond kind of guy to me. And when you give a surprisingly spicy answer, you remind me of a wasabi almond. But wasabi almonds wouldn’t go with your coffee fudge swirl.

@cak If I need a spicy nut mixed in (as suggested by @bythebay) I’d prefer something with chili in it – that’s more my kind of spicy

According to this I am either tea (I am a subtle flavour, quiet and polite, gentle, almost ambient. My presence in crowds will often go unnoticed. Best not to spill me on your clothes though, I can leave a nasty stain.) or bread (I am a staple in almost everyone’s diet. Friends like me are a complement to any other friends I get on with almost everyone, remaining mostly in the background, but providing substance when it would otherwise be lacking.).

Sweet! I’m Tomato
I taste like nothing, except a tomato. I’m sometimes sweet and sometimes tart; sometimes juicy, sometimes crisp. The roles of a tomato are many and varied. I am an exception to all the rules.

I am one of the most blendable flavours; I go with sweet, I go with sour, I go with bland, I go with anything. I am practical and good company, but have something of a tendency to hang around when I’m not wanted, unaware that my presence is not welcome.
All that is relatively on target, except the last. I may have been like that before, but I learned my lesson, and I leave sooner now. I tend to be more self-effacing, assuming no one is that interested in me. If I do find someone to talk to, I don’t let them go. Sigh.
