SAN FRAN help - What building is on the corner of Arkansas and 23 Street San Fran 94101

Upon examining that location on mapquest satellite imagery does show buildings across the street on Arkansas Street.

For what it’s worth, Arkansas is not also known as 18th Ave, as 18tth Ave is on the other side of the city (it runs through the Sunset & the Richmond). 18th St is on the other side of Potrero Hill (not the park, the neighborhood), and runs parallel to 23rd St.

There is a small apartment building on that corner, with a liquor store in the bottom and apartments above it. I don’t know the address, but you could look up. Google Street View tells me the name is M&W Market.

EDIT: Actually, GSV makes me think that won’t be entirely helpful, since it looks like the Market entrance is on 23rd, but the apartment entrance is on Arkansas.

What exactly are you hoping to get back as an answer to this question?

i am hoping to figure out where my friend lives. appreciate your suggestions.
