I was on 2 pills of e and 6 5htps and i threw up diluted white and red stuff with white foam.. please help me?

I assume he means ecstacy for the “2 pills of e”, but what does the rest mean?

I am mostly concerned about seratonin syndrome since both ecstacy and 5htp effect seratonin levels and the kid took a lot. Where is shilolo?? Go to the ER please now.

E (MDMA) is a serotonin reuptake inhibitor. 5-HT is either serotonin or a precursor of serotonin.

80% of the serotonin in your body is in your stomach, so an upset stomach is a common side-effect of ecstacy. With all that serotonin swimming around your digestive system, it’s no surprise your body reacted.

The foam is probably caused by the carbon dioxide in the drink, and the white stuff is probably bits from the last thing you ate (white rolls?). The red stuff may be from the drink itself – some energy drinks are coloured red. It could also be blood.

There’s no guaranteeing what might be in ecstacy tablets; the mdma is often cut with some rather unpleasant substances, and it’s impossible to rule out either serotonin syndrome, as @escapedone7 said, or your gut responding to the crap in your pills.

Go to the hospital.

if you are still looking at this drink water but dont gulp it down and dont go overboard on it. lots of people say drink water when on ex but if u drink too much it can cause swelling of your brain.

TRY and eat some rice or something. not too fast. also dont panic. if you panic this will raise ure heartrate even more making you feel worse.

keep warm enough. you will probably feel very hot and sweaty but dont let this encourage you to get into a cold bath or something as this can shock you.

try ure best to stay away from pills in the future. if ure going to take e spend that little bit extra and take mdma crystals. pills are filthy. y do you think they are so much cheaper than mdma crystals? even that is bad enough but i do understand the love for it.

As for energy drinks please dont drink them when on pills, not a good idea to dehydrate yourself more than you already are. water is the only thing you should really drink on ecstacy, maybe with some squash in if you want a bit of taste.

@auqujoe might just mean Vitamin E, rather than ecstasy. It’s sounds like he’s dosing up on commonly available nutritional supplements, like 5HTTP, Monster Energy which contains some amino acids and herbs like guarana and ginseng. I think he should see a doctor. Throwing up always means something’s wrong but I’m not sure E is for Ecstasy in this case. @worriedguy why are you the only guy that’s not worried? : )

Assumng it’s ecstacy… Ecstacy causes the release of seretonin. This combined with the 5htp may have resulted in seretonin syndrome. One of the symptoms of that is clonus which can result in vomitting. Seretonin syndrome can come on quite rapidly often within 6 hours of ingesting what ever tablet brought it on.
Severe vomitting can cause a tear in the GI tract (mallory weiss tear) which could explain the red in the vomit. Foam in vomit can mean that you have inhaled some fluid possibly stomach contents while vomitting so much.
That’s three seperate things that would warrant a visit to the ER.

its been 2 days since this happened and im fine. Most likely it was seratonin syndrome. But i survived. Yeah well I just remember i waas also seing shadow people. and I was unable to pee from the ex. but im fine now. and thanks guys.
