swimming. it exercises almost every part of your body. do it for 3–4 hours/week and you’ll be really strong and your cardio will be amazing.

I like playing tennis – it’s more fun to me than going to the gym by myself.

Really, it depends on what you’re trying to accomplish ,what you like to do and what you’re willing to do. It’s different for everyone.
