[NSFW] Are sagging pants any better on females than on males, or just as bad?

Asked by Hypocrisy_Central (26879points) April 13th, 2015

[NSFW] In the era of sagging pants (worn usually by young males) it appears more and more, females are getting in on the trend. On females is the saggy pants thing better, worse, or no game changer in particular? How long do you believe females will hold on to this fashion?

To be really shallow about it, it depends on the butt. And to some degree whether the person is wearing thong underwear.

But then, I’m a dirty old man.

Equally bad. Actually, MUCH worse!

Those don’t look saggy. Just tight and low.

Saggy pants are bad for emergencies. I used to get in fights and I choose to ware running shoes and cotton sweat pants.

Nothing sagging about THOSE pants! It looks to me like they’re cut EXTREMELY low. I mean the top of the “hedge” is clearly visible.

I don’t think sagging pants look good on anyone.

When did plumber’s butt become fashionable?

@stanleybmanly I know you can run a thread into the ground just on the fact that she has gone commando under those jeans, but let me ask you this. Do you feel she is more or less offensive or crude having the tip of the ”lawn” showing, or some guy with his jeans sagging below his Robert Earl, but it being covered by tail of his shirt, but the bulge not hidden?

I actually find it more offensive that someone would take this picture of a woman and post it on the Internet. Maybe she knew it was being taken, maybe she didn’t. I’m going to err on the side of it being a creepy reddit dude that misses /r/jailbait/ or /r/creepshots/

Those were real things.

The lady on your picture is in an adult section of a video store, going through the available offerings. While doing that, she is not just wearing a saggy pant, she is on display herself. This looks like a mise-en-scène.

Now, to my regret, I have never seen a girl wear anything like that ‘in the wild’, but in this particular setting, with a figure like hers… she has my vote.

And to answer your question… I’m not looking forward to see the same kind of setting with a guy.

That young woman is not “better, or just as bad”.

What is creepy is that someone went looking for this on the internet and then shared it on Fluther in a veiled attempt at starting a discussion on something else.

Another thought on this picture. Are Asian (I think she is Japanese) women willing to be more risque in what and how they wear things than American women?

I don’t see American women as being remotely eager to show pubic hair – even the top of it – as in this picture. My guess is that your average american woman of that age is much more of a user of depilatories.

I hope this means women have stopped shaving down there. No kiddie kitties, please!

Did you find that picture in the “People of Walmart” zone?
Ewwww.

@johnpowell *_ I actually find it more offensive that someone would take this picture of a woman and post it on the Internet._*Just
as the gal who would flash her boobs for beads, or enter a wet t-shirt contest, it is within their right to do as offensive as it may seem to some. In this age people are taking pics and selfies on all manner of devices, some you would never guess where being used as a camera if done on the sly. She had every right to wear what she was and how, so long as local law allowed. When out in public she should realize others have just as much of a right to bust her pic. Unless the law changed, if you were in a public spot where there is a reasonable believe that anyone can see you and your expectation of being in private does not exist, someone can take your pic and do what they please, without notifying you, or getting a release from you. If for some reason she did not realize her slacks dipped that low as to have part of the ”lawn” showing, it was just unfortunate for her.

I think I can safely say when the fat hits the skillet, men here are no better or worse than those in Japan.

You do not know what anyone is really seeking off the Internet. Many sites have disclaimers stating they are not responsible what the links on their site might lead to, and if you are offended, you can’t sue them. I guess you sit around thinking it creepy that people want to spend hours in front of a screen taking on an imaginary personal and killing people in droves in some 1st shooter or other violence fueled video game? Not? I would not expect you to be that even and un-double-minded.

You know, that really is a good question, I may even ask that. Even though she seems more at home showing that much (if she even noticed), or going commando without aversion I wonder if she is like British Travelers whose females may dress sexy but are more chaise than their US counterparts. I wonder if she (the Asian woman) is as loose and end up in the sack as the average young gal here in the US?

Is that bad, and if so, elaborate please?
