I have a Blackberry problem?

I have the Blackberry Crackberry and I am wondering how can I record when I call someone. I don’t know how. I tried clicking voice notes, record and then calling the person but i doesn’t work. It doesn’t record, so can you please tell me how

I don’t think you can record while talking the phone, ask the company that you got it from.

You know, of course, that it is illegal to record a conversation unless you inform your caller and have that acceptance recorded as part of the conversation.
