Want to convert my Tiff Images to Text files for correct some errors is it possible?

Asked by nandini (6points) August 4th, 2010

Can anyone advise me on how to import or convert equations given in pdf documents to a form that can be placed in MSWord 2003 documents and then edited with the standard Equation Editor3.0 ? Is this possible with standard software ? or do you need a plug in ? if so which one ?

You can take an ebook converter like Calibre and convert from .pdf to .txt and then go through and correct everything. There will be a lot of errors no matter what converter you use – .pdf’s are pure image, so it’s not a good starting format for a document.

Get AnyBizSoft PDF to Word for free during facebook promotion. I don’t know that this will help much with Tiff images, but here is an example of a regular pdf and the doc output by this program.
